I finally learned how to cable last night. It was much easier than I expected. So now I have a new wip. Hopefully in a couple days it’ll be a scarf.

Be careful, cable can be highly addictive. I learn a few years back and its one of my fave stitches now.
Thanks for the warning! I always loved the look of cable, especially the Celtic designs. Now I see it’s not as intimidating as I expected
Did you use a video? I’ve been looking for a helpful one. I’m new to cable too!
I first looked at lionbrandyarn.com (used to be my ‘go to’ when learning knitting/crocheting). Don’t remember if the site is set up the same as the app, but the app I go under ‘faq’-‘learn to knit’-then just look for cable. No video but there’s a nice diagram
